- Description: Hard Maple has a fine and uniform texture. The wood is heavy, strong, stiff, and exhibit good resistant to shock.
- Color: Hard Maple has color range from pale cream to golden cream color. Overtime, the color will change from pale/white cream to golden cream color. The wood may have olive or greenish black discolored areas known as mineral streak or mineral stain.
The Hardwood Top Wear Layer
Only quality hardwood grades with the finest combinations of grain pattern and color are chosen for your discriminating eye. Because of their thickness - nominal 3mm or 1/8 inch, providing a surface wear layer equivalent to that of a 3/4 inch solid wood floor, BELLEFLOOR Engineered Hardwood Floors can be re-sanded several times in the future
The Support Layer
Support layers consist of cross-grained, water-resistant plywood designed to minimize the chance of expansion and contraction in the top layer. Due to this built-in stability, fluctuations in the weather have little noticeable effect on our flooring. The scoring on support layer's underside allow the flooring strip easily adapt to the contour of the sub floor.
Milled to Perfection
Scrupulously measured milling ensures that each tongue-and-grove joint, on all 4 sides, fits perfectly into the adjoining strip.
Micro-Beveled Joints
The fineness of the micro-beveled joints far surpasses the industry average, giving each flooring strip unparalleled regularity and ease of installation.
